Shipping information
CAPRIFIT aims to process and ship your order as soon as possible. We aim to do so within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped and/or delivered on public holidays.
Shipping rates & delivery times
Shipping rates may vary depending on your location. See below for an overview per region. This is the same for delivery times. We work with various shipping partner to ensure fast delivery.
CAPRIFIT will provide you with a track and trace for you to track your order.

Orders from outside of the EU
At this time CAPRIFIT does not ship outside the EU and UK. However, if you're looking to place an order from a non-EU/UK country, please reach out to info@caprifit.com. Please confirm you shipping information and we'll try to confirm within 1 Business day if we can process your order, shipping costs, delivery time and possible extra fees.
If shipping suffers a delay, or if the shipment cannot be implemented, or only partially, we will inform you about this as soon as reasonably possible after the order has been placed. In this case, the customer has a right to dissolve the contract free of charge.
Shipping confirmation & order tracking
We'll confirm as soon as possible when your order is received and processed. When your order is shippend, and your track and trace is available we'll provide this as soon as possible.
Customs, duties and taxes
Caprifit is not responsible for any customs duties and/or import taxes applied to your shipment. All fees imposed during or after transit of your order are your responsibility (e.g. tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages, incomplete, losses or incorrectly delivered products
Please inform CAPRIFIT, info@caprifit.com, as soon as possible (within 24 hours when having received the order), if you:
- receive your order in a damaged or incomplete state;
- receive products that you did not order.
In such cases, we will decide how to deal with the matter at hand. You must always inform us in the aforementioned situation(s) and wait for our instructions.
We will bear the costs of any replacement shipment and will subsequently take care of the shipment of the correct product, provided that you have fully conformed with the return instructions from us.
If you return one or more products at your own costs, without first contacting and awaiting our instructions, you cannot claim the shipping costs you have made from Caprifit (nor hold us responsible for the return shipment that took place without our prior instructions).
In order to keep your satisfaction high, we will provide a suitable solution for you as quickly as possible. If the order has been lost during transport or if you claim not to have received the order (even if this appears from the tracking information), we will initiate an investigation procedure with the relevant shipping carrier. Usually we first wait for this investigation procedure and if the shipment is indeed declares lost by the shipping carrier, a new product will be sent to you or the purchase price will be refunded to you. You agree to fully cooperate with our shipping carrier in executing its investigation.
The risk of damage and/or loss of the shipment lies with CAPRIFIT up to the moment of delivery of the order to the delivery address, unless agreed otherwise. In case anything goes wrong with the shipment of an order due to an error in the delivery address made by the buyer, CAPRIFIT cannot be held responsible for the (partial) loss of the shipment.
