Return Term & Conditions

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

Important Exceptions: To ensure health and hygiene standards, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Sealed Products: Sports nutrition and dietary supplements where the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Perishables: Products with a limited shelf life.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If a product is damaged or the packaging is opened (where a seal was present), we reserve the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund amount.

How to Start a Return

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these 3 steps:

  1. Notification: Send an email to info@caprifit.com within 14 days of receiving your package.
  2. Information: Include your order number (#XXX) and the items you wish to return.
  3. Confirmation: Our team will send you the return instructions and the return address within 48 hours on business days.

Shipping & Costs

  • Return Costs: The costs for return shipping are at the customer's own expense, unless stated otherwise.
  • Responsibility: The risk of the return shipment lies with the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Errors by CAPRIFIT: If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, we will cover the return costs. Please contact us immediately in this case.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund:

  • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours of us receiving the package.
  • Payment: The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method used.

Promotional Items & Gifts

If your order included a free gift and the remaining order value falls below the promotion threshold after returning items, the gift must also be returned. If not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
